Privacy Policy
This explains what we collect when you use this page, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written in plain English on purpose.
1. Who we are
This site is operated by Motion Group Agency Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.

2. What we collect
Details you give us. When you use the form on this page we collect your work email address, and then your name and phone number if you complete the second step. You choose whether to give us these.
Technical details collected automatically.
- Your IP address, recorded with your form submission and used to rate-limit abuse of the form
- The page you were on, and the web address you arrived from
- A referral code, if you reached us through a partner link, stored in your browser so the partner can be credited
3. Why we collect it, and our lawful basis

You can object to us using your data for marketing at any time and we will stop. See section 7.
4. Cookies, the Meta pixel and similar technologies
This page uses the following. We are telling you exactly what they do rather than hiding it in a list.
- Meta pixel. Supplied by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. It records that you viewed this page and that you submitted the form, so we can measure which adverts work and show adverts to people like you. Meta also receives a scrambled (hashed) version of the details you type into the form, through a feature called automatic advanced matching, so it can tell whether you are an existing Facebook or Instagram user. We never send Meta your email address in readable form.
- Our own measurement. We record page views and form steps on our own server. This does not leave our systems and is not shared.
- Browser storage. If you arrived through a partner link we store that partner's code in your browser so the referral can be credited.
You can stop the Meta pixel by using your browser's tracking protection, private browsing, or an ad or tracker blocker. Clearing your browser storage removes the referral code. Neither affects your ability to use the form.
5. Who we share it with
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd, for advertising measurement, as described above
- Google, where we use Google Workspace and Google Sheets to receive, store and respond to enquiries
- Our hosting provider, which runs the server this site sits on
- Anyone we are legally required to share it with
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with other recruitment agencies.
Some of these providers process data outside the UK. Where that happens it is covered by an adequacy decision or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, so we can pick the conversation back up if you get in touch again. After that we delete or anonymise them. If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we will.
7. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
- Give you a copy of the data we hold about you
- Correct it if it is wrong
- Delete it
- Restrict or stop how we use it, including stopping marketing entirely
- Send it to you or another provider in a portable format

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would rather you came to us first so we can put it right.
8. Security
Data is held on a UK server with access limited to the people who need it. Traffic to and from this site is encrypted. We keep the number of people and systems that can see your data as small as we reasonably can.
9. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant and we hold your details, we will tell you.
